We have reviewed your inquiry and confirm that we serve your area. If we need any additional information (property address, project specifics), we will reach out to you via your preferred contact method.
Initial site visit
We walk the property, photograph existing conditions, measure structural elements, and discuss material options. Initial site visits are free. The visit produces a verbal pricing range based on what we observe and your stated scope.
Written estimate
After the site visit, when material and design decisions are confirmed, we provide a written estimate with line-item pricing, scope of work, and project timeline. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
Contract and scheduling
Once you accept the estimate, we sign a contract, collect a deposit, and schedule the build. For most residential projects, lead time is two to six weeks, depending on material availability and seasonal demand.
